Part of the original Grade II listed watermill which was converted to the highest standards in 2008 to provide a unique and impressive home over three floors.

With lots of original oak beams and exposed stonework, this historic mill is full of character.

The mill has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a luxury main bathroom.

The spacious fitted kitchen – fully fitted and equipped with latest appliances – has an adjoining dining area and the two combine to give a stunning living space with impressive beams and double-height ceiling.

The cosy lounge – which also has a sofa bed – has views over the adjoining Bradbourne Brook and the countryside beyond.

Outside is a private patio area and ample off-road parking.
