Watermill Barns at Bradbourne are located north east of the market town of Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Dales.

From Ashbourne town centre take the A515 in the direction of Buxton. After 1.7 miles, turn right onto the B5056, signposted Longcliffe and Grangemill. Continue on this road for 2 miles. You will see Watermill Barns on the right-hand side as the road bends to the left.

For Valley View Barn, take the next lane on the right, signposted Bradbourne. The barn is on the right-hand side after about 100 metres.
